Lilleen Nedd

Lilleen J.Y.N Nedd is an exceptionally versatile and culturally-grounded performer with nine years of intensive training at the C.R. Williams Performing Arts Academy. She is a highly skilled practitioner of traditional Caribbean performance forms, having completed an apprenticeship in Kumina, Wild Indian, and Shortnee dance. Lilleen seamlessly integrates this deep cultural knowledge into her acting, creating characters that are physically dynamic, spiritually resonant, and emotionally authentic. She is a disciplined and collaborative artist, adept at both devised ensemble work and powerful solo performance. Her work is a vibrant celebration of Caribbean identity and the storytelling power of the body.
